Get indicative rates
The endpoint returns the current buy and sell rate for every supported asset and network. Pulse does not lock these rates. Create a quote to lock a rate for an order.
Each rate includes the market price, Pulse's pricing adjustment, and network costs. It does not include a partner fee. Pulse returns a pair only when it has both rates.

The naira the customer spends on a buy. It sizes buy. The minimum and
default is 15,000. A smaller amount returns invalid_amount.
The crypto the customer sells. It sizes sell. The minimum and default is 10.
